Matching-numbers Grand Prix White 930 with 23,318 documented original miles, four-owner history and period A1 International/PowerHaus upgrades. Original speedometer replacement documented; sale pending.

This matching-numbers 1979 Porsche 930 Turbo 3.3 retains Grand Prix White paint, Brown leather sport seats and a well-documented four-owner history. Delivered through Chick Iverson Porsche in California, it has traveled 23,318 documented original miles.

The mileage record

The original speedometer was replaced in 1983 with a genuine Porsche 180-mph unit at 17,317 miles. The replacement odometer shows approximately 6,001 miles. Together, the documented readings account for the total mileage; the present odometer reading alone would understate the car's history.

Period performance upgrades

On 21 October 1993, A1 International installed a PowerHaus performance package during the second owner's long tenure. The documented period configuration includes a K27 turbocharger, PowerHaus intercooler, twin-plug ignition, SC camshafts, stainless heat exchangers and muffler, racing clutch, fuel enrichment and adjustable boost. The car retains its matching-numbers 3.3-litre engine and four-speed manual gearbox.

The dossier reports highly original paint, with thickness measurements of 134–252 microns. Factory equipment includes M409 Brown leather sport seats with perforated inserts, air conditioning and an M650 electric sunroof. Factory records, service invoices, manuals, warranty information and historical documents accompany the car.

After California and Idaho ownership, the car passed to an Oregon collector in 2002 and to the present German owner in August 2013. German servicing, emissions testing and TÜV approval followed in January 2014. It has since been preserved in a climate-controlled collection, with maintenance documented in 2018 and 2024.

The owner has advised that a sale is pending. RGB Motors can confirm current availability and arrange review of the extensive records by appointment.
