Who we are

RGB Motors is a private, owner-operated brokerage based in Tennessee that sources, consigns and sells collector and sport Porsches on behalf of clients worldwide. Our website at rgbmotors.com is the point of first contact for most enquiries.

When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means RGB Motors. When it says "you" or "your", it means you, the visitor.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: contact information, your message and any vehicle, budget, offer or appointment preferences. We do not ask for payment-card or bank-account details in the enquiry form. Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and subscription preference.

Our website and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser information and referring page to operate the site and screen unwanted submissions. Enquiries are saved in a private WordPress inbox and sent to our business email. Cloudflare Turnstile may load when you interact with a form to help assess automated traffic.

How we use it

Contact information is used to reply to your enquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up on cars you have asked about. If we agree to work together, we may use the same details for the duration of that engagement.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing email. If we send you a journal issue or a market note, it is because you asked us to.

Sharing

We share information only with parties we need to in order to complete what you have asked us to do. Examples: a logistics partner who needs a delivery address, an inspection partner who needs to know the address of a car for a PPI, or an attorney handling a contract.

The website is hosted by webproserve. Hosting, business email, Cloudflare Turnstile and, if you opt in, Google Analytics process information needed for their services. Clicking WhatsApp, a social-media link or an external website takes you to a service with its own privacy policy. These providers may process information outside your country.

Cookies

Essential browser storage remembers your display preference, collection navigation and privacy choice. We remember your analytics choice in this browser for 180 days. Optional Google Analytics measures page views and interactions, including contact-link clicks and completed enquiry requests. Analytics scripts and cookies are enabled only after you choose Accept Cookies. You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not prevent browsing or contacting us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@rgbmotors.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually under a week.

Retention

Enquiry and transaction records are retained for responding to you, managing the engagement and meeting applicable record-keeping requirements. The contact form does not automatically delete your records after a fixed interval. To ask about retention or request deletion of your information, contact info@rgbmotors.com. Newsletter requests are forwarded to our business inbox for handling. To withdraw your request or stop future updates, email info@rgbmotors.com.
