Use of this site

This website is operated by RGB Motors, a private brokerage based in Tennessee. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is provided for information about cars we are offering for sale or have previously sold, and to receive enquiries from prospective clients. It is not an open marketplace and does not host third-party listings.

Vehicle information

We describe each vehicle to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing, using documents and inspections available to us. Year, mileage, history and condition details are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

Any prospective buyer is encouraged to commission an independent pre-purchase inspection. We will arrange access to the car at a time and place convenient for both parties.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of taxes, registration, shipping, insurance and any local duties. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. A car shown as available on the site may already be reserved.

No price posted online constitutes a binding offer. All terms of sale are agreed in writing between the buyer and RGB Motors before any payment is made.

Offers and sales

All vehicles are sold "as is, where is", with no warranty expressed or implied, except where a manufacturer or third-party warranty is explicitly transferred and named in the bill of sale.

A signed purchase agreement and cleared deposit are required to reserve a car. Until both are in place we reserve the right to continue showing the car to other buyers.

Intellectual property

The RGB Motors name, the wordmark, all photography, written copy and the design of this site are owned by RGB Motors or licensed to us. You may save and share individual photographs of a car for your personal reference. Anything else, including resale, republication or use in another commercial listing, requires our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to other websites, for example to a marque historian or an event we have written about. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGB Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from a transaction. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Information you send through this site is handled under our Privacy policy. Read it for a full description of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any dispute that cannot be settled by direct discussion will be heard in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Tennessee.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a short period.
