A short policy for a small business. We collect what we need to reply to you, we share only when we have to, and we never sell your details.

Who we are
RGB Motors is a private, owner-operated brokerage based in Tennessee that sources, consigns and sells collector and sport Porsches on behalf of clients worldwide. Our website at rgbmotors.com is the point of first contact for most enquiries.
When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means RGB Motors. When it says "you" or "your", it means you, the visitor.

What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide. That is typically your name, email address, phone number and a short message describing the car you are buying, selling or asking about. We do not ask for, and do not need, financial information through this site.
We also collect basic technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent, referring page). This is used for security and to understand which pages are read, never to identify you personally.

How we use it
Contact information is used to reply to your enquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up on cars you have asked about. If we agree to work together, we may use the same details for the duration of that engagement.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing email. If we send you a journal issue or a market note, it is because you asked us to.

Sharing
We share information only with parties we need to in order to complete what you have asked us to do. Examples: a logistics partner who needs a delivery address, an inspection partner who needs to know the address of a car for a PPI, or an attorney handling a contract.
We do not use third-party advertising networks, retargeting pixels or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this page will say so.

Cookies
The site uses a small number of strictly functional cookies to remember preferences (such as not showing a banner twice). It does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@rgbmotors.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually under a week.

Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records related to a completed transaction are kept for as long as required by law and our accountants, typically seven years.
